T&T Hibachi and Sushi Food Truck

Stopped in here on a whim and was happily surprised. The prices aren't outrageous and you surprisingly get a lott of protein with the hibachi orders. For the things that didn't wow me... the hibachi sauce was REALLY salty (like more so than your usual hibachi sauce). It tasted so strongly of soy sauce and really nothing else. The sushi was really good (and looked really good) but kind of lacked filling/flavor. And our order took a SUPER long time. This aspect though, I do understand. There was only one guy working and he has both online and in person orders to fulfill. Even so, I wasn't expecting to wait 55 mins for some hibachi. The owner was upset nice and personable though, and I hope he and his business continues thriving!

This was my first time trying t&t hibachi and I highly recommend it. I ordered the shrimp tempura sushi and the chicken with shrimp combination and both were delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients were fresh. I will definitely be returning to t&t hibachi for more tasty meals. Thank you!

Super flavorful even without the yum yum sauce, which I feel like is hard to find around here! Price is good and the portions are huge!

First visit to this great food truck! Ordered hibachi chicken, hibachi steak, egg rolls and potstickers. It was all delicious! You need to stop and enjoy this food. Orders can be sent by text, or call, but we just stopped and placed our order there.

Very large portions. Got the steak, chicken, and shrimp; vegetarian platter for extra veggies; shrimp tempura; and crab rangoon. Fresh made food that was delicious! Looking forward to ordering again.

Very friendly..food was made to order.I ordered the teriyaki chicken entree with fried rice instead of steamed rice. It comes also with veggies. Love it..hot and delicious. I definitely will be going back to try something different on menu.

Great food truck! Some of the best Hibachi!!! I am super picky about Asian food and I am impressed with this food truck. I had Teriyaki Chicken, Dragon Roll Sushi and Spring Rolls--delicious! I was surprised how much chicken was in my meal. Bonus--the owner was super friendly. Highly recommend supporting this small business. Parrish needs more good restaurants/food trucks that serve high quality food. This is conveniently located on the side of the Martathon gas station on 301, on the right handside of the road if you are going north towards Tampa.

So inexpensive and tastes AMAZING!!! The saying goes you can get fast, cheap, and good- but you can never get all three. This place defies all rules. 15/10!!!
